The hypnobirthing course is designed to meet your needs,

I offer the course at evening or weekends whatever is convenient for you.

Hypnobirthing is best taught from twenty weeks onwards and will be delivered over four  weeks with a refresher session close to your due date. There is the option of having a one to one with me in my home for the refresher session, at no extra cost.

Private Tuition is available to suit your needs

The cost of the course for group tuition is £250  inclusive for both you and your partner,  £275 for Private Tuition, you will receive:

• Over twelve hours face to face tuition with the benefit of my twenty five years experience working with women as a midwife and natural childbirth educator.
• HypnoBirthing book and CD
• All course handouts
• Support during and after you complete the course
• Free update or motivational session before the birth
• Tips for parenting and for breast feeding
• Support via telephone or email in the postnatal period should you need it.
• After the birth I offer one to one postnatal and breast feeding advice and support in your own home @ £25 per hour.
